If you are looking for the best health coaches in Indianapolis then please visit at lifeinfocusenterprises.com. Corporate wellness seeks for new excellent levels of corporate health such as how to improve the attitude, mindset, and soul of the company.
Life in Focus Enterprises (LIFE) was founded in 2013 to help individuals order their lives around the four main streams of wellness; nutrition, movement, the stress-rest continuum, and emotional connections or mindset. When changes to diet or exercise don’t fix our health issues, it’s easy to throw up our hands and blame genetics. But it’s not that simple, your wellness is not pre-determined, and it’s also not a simple equation. At LIFE we apply cutting-edge testing in tandem with ancient wisdom and modern science to inform customized suggestions for each client. This helps people discover real, life-changing answers to questions about conditions like weight loss or gain, chronic pain, fatigue, and general dis-ease that disrupts the harmony of a well-rounded life.
Lynn founded Life in Focus Enterprises after finding her own way out of the cyclical pattern of doctor’s appointments, continuous questions, and frustration that can go along with managing health. During this struggle she dreamed of a resource where people ready to advocate for their own wellness could go, be heard, and be supported with real answers. Those answers would truly improve their life, rather than just putting problems off for another day. Lynn’s journey away from her own unproductive habits and limited structure progressed when she decided to take matters into her own hands and become a continuous student. Her passion for learning about health, science, wellness, and philosophy translates to every client. “I believe every life has purpose, and that every individual deserves to know how to achieve optimal health so they can meet that purpose with strength,” Lynn says. “We often fall into destructive habits or feel trapped in situations that don’t allow us to choose our own path. My passion is listening and helping people see beyond what is, to help them progress toward the best that can be.”
