According to soccer jersey blog Todo Sobre Camisetas, Man City’s 2021-22 home kit will pay tribute to the 2011-12 season, when the club won it’s first English championship since 1967-68. A goal from Sergio Aguero in stoppage time in the final match of the season against Queens Park Rangers clinched the title on goal difference over second-place Manchester United.

Man City’s kit will reportedly be their traditional sky blue, with white side panels and a pattern of digital scoreboard numbers down the front. Inside the collar are more scoreboard numbers blocked out to read “93:20,” the time on the clock when Aguero scored. A “10” can also be made out in the numbers, which was Aguero’s number for most of his City career – although he was wearing 16 in the 2011-12 season.
According to FootyHeadlines, Bundesliga powerhouse Bayern Munich will be sporting a two-toned red jersey at home in 2021-22. The brighter red is known as “FCB True Red” and the darker shade is “Craft Red”. The V-shaped block of dark red on the chest is apparently inspired by the Superman logo and is a “tribute to all the superheroes in the club’s world – the players on the pitch and the fans in the stands.”

An Instagram account with the handle @Cleat_Society posted photos of the purported home jerseys for perennial Serie A front-runner Juventus late last week, and they were subsequently picked up by both Todo Sobre Camisetas and FootyHeadlines.

The jersey goes back to the solid black-and-white vertical striping that is Juve’s trademark look. (The 2020-21 kits used a brush stroke for the stripes, while the 2019-20 kits were half-black, half-white.) Auto company Jeep remains the main sponsor, although the logo for the company’s new 4XE plug-in hybrid technology has been added.According to FootyHeadlines, Real Madrid’s signature white home jerseys will have royal blue accents and some “lucky orange” trim in 2021-22. They will also feature a sublimated design inspired by the Plaza de Cibeles in Madrid, which is where the club has celebrated many victories and achievements over the years.

On Friday, Todo Sobre Camisetas reported that photos of Serie A contenders AC Milan’s 2021-22 home jerseys were found on MilanNews.it. The jersey features a red base and black stripes that start out thick in the middle and get progressively thinner as they move out. The sleeves are red, and black panels run under the arms and part of the way down the side.

The leaked photos do not show a jersey sponsor, but according to FootyHeadlines, AC Milan and Emirates Airline signed a three-year extension to their sponsorship deal last year, so they should be back on the front of the kits for 2021-22.The only away kit leaked over the past week purportedly belongs to La Liga’s Atletico Madrid. According to FootyHeadlines, photos of the kit were posted to Twitter by a user with the handle @esvaphane on April 21. It features a navy blue base with a pink – or “laser crimson,” in Nike-speak – brush stroke design in the bottom right corner. The Nike logo and Atletico’s badge also appear in pink. The Spanish flag appears inside the collar.
