Helm of Neitiznot - It's a good balanced helm, go for the helm of Torag or Verac if you're looking for more defensive stats or a Fighter hat for offensive statistics (about exactly the same statistics as a Rune full helm, but with bonuses in the Stab, Slash and Crush attack styles)

Guthans Plate - decent It also gives an attractive Strength bonus, so it's an excellent choice in case you're not able to afford Bandos and I'm not sure of this, however I'm pretty sure the Torag (and Dharok's) has slightly better defensive stats , and is at 650k or so, it's well worth considering.

Your current setup is okay but I'd suggest something that won't degrade. Dragon Platelegs together with Fighter Torso, for example. Dragon Platelegs aren't very expensive and you can get the Fighter Torso only costs a couple of hours for. Or Bandos armour if you're a very wealthy player.

I'd like higher stats, but F2P training is too slow for level 70 and up. I'm wondering if it's worth to do soul wars in order to increase my exp. I'd like to go the 74-83 range, and 70 str to 85. I'm wondering if it'll last for the entire month or shorter or if the result is worth the effort?

I was going to buy one of those game cards or try to pay via mobile(I do not believe this since my mom recently paid the bill, but it was not in good timing.) Also, if I could get 50-80 str within just a few minutes using a low-level account that would be amazing sauce as well. Are you aware of anyone who could use an ultimate gaming card with two accounts?
