Every organization has been built by many processes that may be categorised as Customer oriented process, Management oriented process, Support process
This process involves a variety of products and services. ISO 9001 was developed to manage and improve this requirement.
•First, identify key areas.
•Second, you set standards for this requirement.
•Third, you decide how the size conditions should be measured and evaluated.
Fourth, document your approach to quality control, which is determined by measurement.
•Five, you're fine but how will you improve.
Specify the process
A graphical chart is a wonderful way to describe the process of change in one piece to make it easier and more efficient. The setup is a simple representation that shows the action, so the visuals and communication are easy. This will allow you to see what the most popular routines are and facilitate their connection.
Setting the standards
A turtle chart is a great tool for your organization to see processes. This tool helps to identify contributions, costs, standards, and other information so that you can properly implement and improve processes.
Methods of measurement and evaluation
In any case, there must be a project management system. By combining the basics of an important process and integrating planned and effective strategies, an organization can best serve class leadership to be successful. Therefore, it is important to know how to determine measurement and reshaping practice.
Process documentation
It is more about “how” to apply the look, rather than “what” to control. The company is a subsidiary group without documenting these processes, which can be prevented. Companies use repetitive processes that are the source of their success, and so documenting this process shows great potential for employees and managers. Not only do you have to write the rules, you also have to write them correctly

Continuous improvement
If process is relevant, look for process jobs that are required to improve job performance, such as moving jobs from one location to another. An organization might not have the time, experience or professional qualifications to manage a QMS without assistance. The QMS expert / Consultant:
• Has Knowledge and understanding of the QMS and your organization process and guide to the process of certification,
• You may be able to improve your chances of getting a badge of ISO by avoiding errors in the design and implementation of the QMS.

ISO 9001 requires training for all employees to understand their responsibilities about QMS and its effectiveness. The following peoples should be trained and necessary for proper implementation

Perform an internal audit
An internal audit is performed by the Internal auditors to spot out the gaps in the QMS.
Significance of the Certification body
ISO does not perform audit on any individual organization. ISO derives standards/ specification. So who can issue ISO 9001 certification? An certification body which has been accredited to issue the ISO certifications perform audit on an company and if a company complies the requirement of ISO the certificate is being issued.
Steps in the Audit process
A “ISO certificate” is issued by the CB for compliance with the ISO 9001 standard. The certification process usually has 2 stages of audit. Stage 1 audits are used to determine the fulfilment of the QMS second phase of the audit involves evaluation of its effectiveness. If the audit determines that you meet the criteria in the first stage, your organization will consider a second stage in the future. The second stage audit will consult with your staff and check your written information (procedures, records and everything else) for compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
Once certified, the IAS will perform an surveillance audit to ensure the organization fulfils the ISO requirement.

There are two main costs associated with their implementation

Implementation costs may include training, job evaluations, work updates, necessary machinery, review of procedures, development and execution of documents.
The cost of the certificate includes the amount of registration and certification, the cost of two audits, travel, accommodation and meals for the auditors.
