The Amped extender setup starts from supplying power to your Amped wireless extender. Plug the Amped wireless extender into the power socket in your house where you experience the dead zone. Go to your computer or laptop and connect to the Amped wifi network.

Enter the default WiFi password to connect to the Amped wifi extender. Pull up a web browser and type the default web address setup.ampedwireless.com into the address bar. Once you reach the Amped extender login page, enter the admin credentials in order to get inside the device. Start with the Amped wifi extender setup wizard and follow the on-screen instructions to set up Amped wireless device. Make sure you click Apply to save the configuration on your Amped wireless range extender. Your device will attempt to reboot after the setup process. Connect again and test the internet connectivity.
