That notion is pretty underwhelming. Both concerning gameplay and repairing any issues. Back then it would have worked at least for a number of those problems but its gameplay is not well thought out. Yep. Skilling catalysts are a very band-aid solution, RS3 has a number of these and it doesn't do anything. The explanation to PvM is look as more exciting than skilling highlights very well the center of the situation.
