ISO 9000 (International Standards Organization) is an international standard for construction security and for the proper methods of construction. ISO 9001 is intended to enhance quality and to control prices. It's a certification requirement for each construction in China, Korea, Japan, and United States of America. ISO 9001 also offers a standard for construction materials and the following is a list of the five common standards followed by all building contractors and manufacturers:

This standard includes requirements for metals and compact particles that may be inhaled into the lungs. Other materials covered by this standard include fluorescent substances, fluorescent light bulbs, asbestos, cellulose, paper products, and plastics. The first and second editions of the standard provide certification while the next edition covers both the interior and exterior elements of a building.

OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) are the body that certifies these kinds of hazards and exposures. It gives safety regulations to work in places where there's a risk of danger to human health. The standards that are required to guarantee the protection of workers are covered by ISO 7001, which means that the conditions at these workplaces have to be safe.

These standards are used by businesses that want to develop successful businesses. The standards are there to help employers get the perfect outcome for their customers. Some of the things that are covered by these standards include the quantity of contaminants and pollutants which the individual working with have to deal with.

Health and safety refer to protection of health, safety, and welfare, and will involve a combination of these three concepts. The body needs to be protected from hazardous substances, work areas must be protected from exposure to toxic substances, and people who are in contact with the body area that was contaminated has to be protected from other people and equipment that may come in contact. All these principles are applied by a body that has a high degree of quality, as these standards cover certain elements that are essential to produce safety.

OSHA is a standard that will protect workers from danger at work areas that are regulated by OSHA. It had been created by the Occupational Safety and Hazard Administration (OSHA). This standard covers three major groups which are deemed dangerous and therefore have to be covered by the standards.

These three groups are hazardous substances substances, and toxic or infectious substances. Some of the standards that are covered by this standard include cleanliness, sanitation, sanitation management, energy management, and emergency preparedness. The major parts of a building include:

There are more standards which are included in ISO and it's very important that all business people know how to recognize them. It's an excellent way of identifying which standards to follow in the building to ensure a business' success.
