In a post on Steam, the Anthem Items group talks about how they are going to improve the TERA Club as well. They outlined the projected changes. To start, just being part of the club will give you some special bonuses in the forms of permanent buffs. There is already two fans attached to gamers accounts, but now, they'll get two in the forms of a lasting Total Cystalbind, in addition to getting Crafting speed increased by 50 percent.

Now, it will come at a cost, since the Soulbinder Keys will no longer be a part of the club, but you'll get double the Strongbox Keys, as well as being able to summon some NPCs that will aid you in the game. Oh, and you will also get an improved teleport scroll that will take you to an exclusive place only members can go to.

Other developments include the items you'll receive in Ghillieglade, the treasure in different areas will be overhauled as well. Overall, it semes like those who are at the Buy Anthem Boosting club is going to be well off after Update 61 is released.
